Who operates this store
Link & Loom is the consumer brand operated by SwansonX at linkandloom.com. The trading-name registration and business contact details will be finalized before checkout opens.
Information you choose to provide
When you place an order, we collect the name, email, shipping address (not needed for a local meetup) and order information needed to make and deliver it. For an engraved card we also receive the logo, artwork and messages you email us. Your order creates a profile page and an invitation sent to your email; what you put on that profile is up to you. Do not provide sensitive information that is unnecessary for your order.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes payment information. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers. Vercel hosts the website, Convex stores order records, profiles and profile photos, Clerk handles sign-in for profile owners, and shipping carriers receive delivery details. These providers receive information needed to perform their services and may process it under their own policies. Authorized SwansonX staff can access information needed to fulfill and support orders.
Your profile page is public once you publish it
A published profile can be seen by anyone who taps your product or has its link. Drafts, hidden links and unpublished photos are visible only to you. Only publish details you intend to share, and obtain permission before including another person's information. You can unpublish your profile at any time.
Your browser and essential data
The shopping bag uses session storage in your browser tab so it can survive a refresh; it normally clears when the tab session ends. Shipping details are not saved in browser storage. Signing in to edit a profile sets the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We count page views, profile views and product taps as daily totals only: no cookie, no IP address and no visitor identifier is stored with those counts. Hosting services may process technical logs and IP addresses for reliability and security. This site does not include advertising trackers.
Use and retention
We use information to fulfill orders, communicate about them, provide support, prevent fraud, and maintain necessary business records. Unpaid checkout drafts are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Paid orders and related records are retained as needed for accounting, tax, disputes, and legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your choices
Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. We may verify your identity and retain information needed for legal obligations or active transactions. Rights vary by location; we will respond as required by applicable law. The store is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
