Returns & cancellations
Cancel before production
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. You may cancel for a full refund while production has not started. For custom artwork, approval of a proof allows production to begin; changes or cancellations after that point may no longer be possible. Separately quoted design services must state any nonrefundable earned fees before you agree to them.
Every product is custom
Each card and keychain, including a blank keychain, is programmed with a permanent tap link locked to your own profile page, and business cards are also engraved for you. Because every product is made for one person, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges once your product has been programmed or production has started. This does not limit remedies for defective, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrectly made products, or any rights under applicable law.
If we got something wrong
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, does not match the approved personalization, or does not function as described. Include the order number, a description, and photographs or a short video if useful. We will work with you on a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. The 30-day reporting request does not shorten rights provided by law.
Personalization and proofs
Please check names, spelling, contact details, links, and proofs carefully. We cannot provide a free remake solely for an error in details or artwork you supplied and approved, but we can discuss a paid correction. If we made the error, we will make it right at our expense.
Return shipping and refunds
Get return instructions before mailing anything. When a return is required because of our error or a defect, we cover reasonable return shipping. Approved refunds go to the original payment method, normally initiated within 5–10 business days of approval or receiving an authorized return. Your payment provider may need additional processing time. Any faster legally required refund deadline applies.
Unshipped orders and delays
If we cannot meet the shipment promise, we will offer the legally required delay or cancellation options. A cancellation of unshipped merchandise in that situation includes a full refund of the applicable purchase price and shipping charge. Personalized-product restrictions do not override these rights.
