Shipping & production
When your order ships
Blank keychains usually ship within 2 business days of payment. Engraved business cards are made for you: after you order we email you to collect your design assets, send a proof, and engrave and ship after you approve it. Production time is separate from carrier transit. Rush production is not offered.
Local meetup in the Brainerd Lakes area
We are based in the Brainerd Lakes area of Minnesota. If you choose local meetup at checkout there is no shipping charge. We email you to agree on a public place and a time in or around Brainerd, Baxter and the surrounding towns. If we cannot find a workable time, we will ship your order at the standard rate with your agreement, or refund it.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. Standard online checkout serves the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and military addresses require a separate shipping quote before payment. International orders are not accepted.
Shipping charges
The buyer pays shipping. Shipping within the contiguous United States is a flat rate shown in your bag before you pay. Local meetup is free. Taxes, if applicable, are additional and displayed before payment.
Transit and delivery
USPS Ground Advantage generally estimates 2–5 business days in transit; delivery dates are not guaranteed. Carrier disruptions, holidays, and location can affect timing. Tracking is provided when your order ships.
If an order is delayed
If we cannot ship within the time promised for your order, we will contact you with a revised date and offer you the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a full refund, as required by applicable law. We will not treat silence as indefinite consent to a delay.
Address changes and missing packages
Check your address before payment and contact us promptly if it needs to change. Changes are not guaranteed after shipment. If tracking shows a problem or an order does not arrive, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. Do not send a return without receiving instructions.
