The seller
Link & Loom is operated by SwansonX. These terms apply to purchases at linkandloom.com. You must be at least 18 years old or have an authorized adult place your order. Business identity and contact details will be confirmed before orders open.
Your order
Prices are in US dollars and represent one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Review all personalization, shipping, production, and total-price details before payment. Applicable taxes and shipping appear before payment. If an error, availability problem, or prohibited request prevents fulfillment, we will contact you and refund any unfulfilled portion.
Artwork and permission
You keep ownership of your original artwork. You authorize us to use it only to prepare proofs, produce your items, and support your order. You represent that you have permission to use the names, marks, images, and contact details you provide. We will not use your artwork in marketing without permission. We may decline unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or unsafe requests.
What the product does
NFC-enabled products open your Link & Loom profile page on compatible devices. Compatibility depends on the phone, its settings and how the product is held. Internet access is required. No product is described as GPS tracking, guaranteed pet recovery, universally compatible, or waterproof unless specifically verified and stated on its product page.
Your included profile page
Each product includes a Link & Loom profile page at no additional charge and with no subscription. You are responsible for what you publish on it and for keeping any websites you link to available and lawful. We may remove content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive or unsafe. We do not promise that the profile service will operate forever; if we ever discontinue it we will email profile owners in advance.
Production, changes, and returns
The Shipping & Production and Returns & Cancellations policies form part of these terms. Personalized items enter production after complete information and any required proof approval. Contact us promptly about an error or requested change. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
Resolving a concern
Please contact support with your order number and a description of the issue so we can work toward a practical resolution. Nothing in these terms waives rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law. Changes to terms apply to future orders; the terms presented when you order govern that purchase.
